SHIPPING RETURN POLICY

We can accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be covered by the buyer. Once the product is received, a refund will be issued within one week to the original method of payment. 


If there is a defect with the candle(s) or your product was damaged during shipping, please email us at shilohcandleco@outlook.com with a photo and detailed explanation.
